Now I have a first draft for my magazine I have printed them and asked for feedback. In order for me to make sure my magazine is the best it can be, I have taken some feedback from my a girl who is 16 which is the age of my target audience. I have asked her to discuss what went well and what I could improve on.

Photo editing
Final photo shoot
Today I conducted my final photo shoot with my model Will. I decided that I wanted my shoot to be somewhere dark and urban. Will suggested a tunnel which I wasn't sure about at first but once we got there I thought it was perfect. It had graffiti on the brick walls which was lucky as that's the look I wanted for my magazine. I asked Will to do some different poses to ensure that I got a variety of images for my magazine. I took about 20 different images in my shoot which was just right. So I have taken a few images that I like most and think could well within my magazine and edited them. I have used an online photo editor called www.befunky.com, to edit my images.
Front cover- I may remove the background on this image and just have the model but I am unsure yet. I need to try them both with the rest of the components on my front cover.
Original image
Edit 1 - I used a Vintage effect on this image. I think it removes the sharpness from the original image and makes the model look better.
Edit 2 - I adjusted the colour, light and saturation on this image which makes its look more blue than the original.
Original image
Edit 1 - I have decreased the light and saturation in this image. This makes the model stands out from the dark tunnel and draws attention to him.
Edit 2 - I have used the same vintage effect I used on the image for my front cover. I did this I want my images to fit together and not be completely different all the way through my magazine.

Photo shoot images
These are the images I took from my real photo shoot. I took more images than I need so I would have a variety of images to choose from.

Questions for my interview
Interview with Trey
For my double page spread I have decided to use the format of an interview with my main model in the magazine 'Trey'. I have thought up some questions that I can use in my interview with the help of my model Will.
- You're single 'Light' hit the top of he charts last week, how do you feel about that?
- There's been rumours going round about you're new album. Can you tell us anything about it, name? when its released?
- Will we be expecting more from you Trey after this album?
- Can you tell who you want to collaborate with?
- Why has Kanye been your inspiration over the years?
- Do you think your fans look up to you the same way you look up to Kanye?

Draft Front Cover
With my photo's from my mock up photo shoot I have decided to create a draft version of my front cover. This has given me an idea of what my final front cover will look like but only an idea because the picture I have used is not very good and not what I want to use. I have used the three dominant colours: red, black and grey. I also have added in white because I think it definitely needed another colour to make it slightly brighter. I think the overall look of the draft is ok, I have made it just to give me an idea of how to make my magazine. The background is very plain and I think I want to add in a texture to add another layer to my front cover. I think the coverlines I have used are suitable for the genre of my magazine as as they focus on the music side and fashion side of R&B culture. I have got some audience feedback which will help me when I create my final magazine. The feedback I have received is from the demographic of my magazine, 16-19 years of age.
Tanesha "It is eye catching , but it is a bit blank you need to fill the spaces more. The colour scheme may need adjusting maybe incorporating a brighter colour"
